    Craig J. Robichaux

    CO-FOUNDER/INSTRUCTOR

    Craig J. Robichaux is the Managing Partner at Talley Anthony Hughes & Knight, LLC, a regional, full-service law firm, and has been actively litigating complex cases for both the plaintiff and the defense in such diverse areas as medical malpractice, casualty loss, business dissolutions, complex domestic litigation, and succession/trust litigation.

    Craig is rated AV Preeminent in Martindale Hubbell, and is recognized as a Super Lawyer in the areas of medical malpractice and divorce litigation.  Craig is a Fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers, one of the premier legal associations in North America. He is also recognized in Best Lawyers in the medical malpractice area.

    Over his 38+-year career, Craig has litigated well over 1,000 cases in State and Federal Court in Louisiana, and he has been appointed pro hoc vice in Texas, Mississippi, and Florida. He has appeared and argued cases in all of the state courts of appeal, as well as the Supreme Court of Louisiana, where he previously served as a clerk for two of the Court’s Associate Justices. Craig has argued cases before the United States Court of Appeal for the Fifth Circuit, and is admitted to appear before the United State Supreme Court. Craig has also been appointed a Special Assistant Attorney General for Louisiana to handle complex personal injury cases.  As a litigator, Craig is considered by many as one of the best.

    In the area of Alternative Dispute Resolution, Craig is an experienced mediator, arbitrator, umpire, and Peer Review neutral. Craig has a Masters of Laws in Dispute Resolution (LL.M) from Pepperdine University Law School’s Straus Institute—a world leader in ADR. Craig is certified as a mediator and child custody mediator in Louisiana. Craig also is certified as a Circuit Civil Mediator by the Florida Supreme Court. He is listed as a mediator, arbitrator, and peer review neutral in the AHLS’s registry of ADR professionals.  

    In the area of mediation, Craig’s mediation experiences extend to cases involving complex personal injury, medical negligence, contract disputes, property issues, as well as divorce—which includes things such as custody child and spousal support, community property partition, and the other matters incidental to the breakup of any relationship. Some of these range in the millions of dollars.

    Dr. Stephen Thompson

    CO-FOUNDER/INSTRUCTOR

    Stephen W. Thompson, ED.D is the founder of Conflict Resolutions, LLC and a professional in the area of parenting and conflict resolution. Dr. Thompson has a Doctorate in Education, which is generally considered a professional degree meant for those who want to become leaders in their field.  He was formerly a licensed Professional Counselor and Custody Evaluator, although he is mostly retired.  Dr. Thompson has been appointed by and testified in numerous court across Louisiana in the areas of child custody and other matters within his expertise.

    Dr. Thompson has assisted in the preparation of the content of the course and has provided meaningful input and design advice to establish it is covering topics that will achieve the objectives of co-parenting education.
